Huaying Chen

Hi! I’m CHEN Huaying (陈桦颍), a Ph.D. student at the NUS Business School Real Estate Department, National University of Singapore. I received my MSc Real Estate from NUS Business School and MA Economics from the University of Edinburgh.

My research focuses on Urban economics, Housing Policies, and Environmental economics.

I was raised between Guangdong and Hong Kong SAR, China. Over the years, my academic pursuits have spanned several global hubs, taking me to Singapore as well as Edinburgh and Cambridge in the UK.
